They Tear Down Houses Don't They? That's my six-minute Song of the Week® for this Halloween issue of the show. Edmonton's Shout Out Out Out Out (that's 4 outs) have only released one album in 2006 entitled Not Saying Just Saying but they have toured relentlessly.On Monday Nov. 3 you can see the guys play at Louis' on campus with opening act San Serac. It promises to be a good show. Here's a little taste of the madness.
