What are they putting in the water in Athens, Georgia? How come so much good music comes out of that part of the States?Well, Modern Skirts are a four-piece from that magical place in the state of Georgia. Their album All Of Us In Our Night doesn't drop until Jan. 20 but this teaser should impress you all. A few songs on that album, including my song of the week, were produced by R.E.M.'s Mike Mills. Don't worry if you can't remember that member of R.E.M. No one can.
